Drafter (Greenwich, CT), Prep detailed drawings of architectural & structural features of buildings, prep presentations, floor plans, specs, estimates & tech drawings for clients & contractors, assist with choosing appropriate materials for the projects, fill out paperwork for gov't permits. Requires: Associate's degree in Engineering or Architecture + 5 years of progressive experience as an architect or civil drafter. Expert knowledge of 3D Modeling, ability to work with Autocad & Archicad; must have excellent customer service & problem-solving skills.
