Part Time Accounts Receivable

PART-TIME ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE POSITION

We are a family - owned company, located in the Fort Washington Business Park, that has been in business for over 65 years.

We currently have a part - time position available, that offers flexible hours, approximately 15-20 hours a week (working 3 hours on Monday would be necessary).  The position has the potential to increase hours and responsibilities. 

Duties include assisting in sales orders input and sending out electronic and / or mailing bills and related documents to customers, processing credit card transactions, applying payments to accounts, preparing bank deposits, accounts receivable collection notices and / or calls and account payable duties.

General office experience, customer service experience, accounts receivable experience and / or bookkeeping experience would be helpful.  We work with a custom user-friendly software application, and Microsoft Office. We have a pleasant working environment.
