MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have a valid Ohio BMV driving license for at least two years and meet local board policy age requirements.
Must be able to pass annual physical examination and drug and alcohol test
Successful passing of BMV driver record check
Successful B.C.I./F.B.I. criminal background screening
High school diploma or equivalent
Good moral character and reputation
Ability to cope with stressful situations
Ability to maintain professionalism at all times

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS or willing to obtain:
Commercial Driver License (CDL) Class B license with school bus driver endorsement
Pre-service and in-service training resulting in certification by ODE
School bus driver certification by the district

Compensation will be based on the appropriate placement on the negotiated salary schedule. Contract will be
effective with the 2023-2024 contract year, ($18.81 per hour/0-years’ experience). 179-day contract will be for
4-hours per day with opportunities for extra-curricular trips. Fringe Benefits of: Hospitalization/Major Medical
