Job Summary

Coordinates the maintenance of online and hybrid courses or programs within the academic schedule of classes. Serves as a liaison to academic unit partners, office of classroom management, and other related service units. Provides administrative support and ensures course or program inquiries are addressed and resolved. Coordinates the maintenance of the University Schedule of Classes (as it pertains to online and hybrid courses and program offerings) in Panthersoft. Reviews, enters and updates all information for the classes such as: change of day and time, change of instructor and cancellations. Maintains documentation on processes and procedures and cross-trains others.
  • Researches and resolves scheduling conflicts in coordination with the Academic Units.
  • Adjusts the scheduled courses in order to resolve issues regarding conflict courses in coordination with appropriate unit.
  • Analyzes the class data entered to ensure the accuracy of the information and to ensure that University policies are being met. This includes data populated by the Panthersoft roll over process.
  • Provides clerical and administrative support duties to the Director of People and Program Management. Provides information regarding program, courses, and procedures to/from internal and external contacts.
  • Coordinates auditing course schedules, fee assessments, faculty assignments, internal team deadlines and semester-based timelines that impact the overall planning and efficiency of the online programs.
  • Participates in the development, implementation, and interpretation of program launch/management procedures.
  • Assists in the administration and interpretation of laws, regulations, policies, and procedures relevant to academic program management.
  • Designs, develops, and conducts capacity/course needs analysis. Collects, analyzes, and reports data as appropriate.
  • Meets online capacity goals and section objectives for assigned academic units.
  • Develops and maintains strong internal partnerships at all levels across the organization.
  • Coordinates and supports new online program launches as needed.
  • Assists with special programs or initiatives as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and two (2) years of appropriate experience, or a Master's degree.

  • Experience working in an administrative role.
