Controller
Huntington University has an opening for a Controller. The controller is responsible for the day-to-day operation of the business office and the financial reporting and budgeting functions.
* Must have a personal relationship with Jesus Christ, a strong desire to serve others and a commitment to being a faithful steward of university resources
* Must be committed to the mission of Huntington University as a comprehensive Christian College dedicated to educating men and women to impact our world for Christ
* Demonstrated understanding of Christian higher education preferred
* Master's degree in Accounting or Certified Public Accountant license required
* Positive interpersonal skills and a team player
* Excellent communications skills
* Possess a high level of problem solving skills
* Ability to execute multiple projects and tasks concurrently
* Proficiency in Word, Excel and account software is needed
* Demonstrated administrative and supervisory skills
* Commitment to continuous process improvement
