Assistant Academic Dean

Missouri Military Academy is seeking an outstanding educator for the position of Assistant Academic Dean for the upcoming 2024-2025 academic year. This is a 12 month position that reports to the Academic Dean.

Salary range $55,000 to $65000

The ideal candidate is a licensed teacher with a master’s degree in education administration. Candidates must have at least five years of teaching experience with a strong background in curriculum and instruction and administrative experience would be a plus. Applicants must demonstrate a master of current pedagogy for 7th-12th grades. A commitment to the academic, social/emotional growth and physical/mental wellness of students is essential. Being able to work collaboratively with fellow faculty members and residential staff is critical for this position. Candidates should be realistic and excited about the challenges and rewards of teaching and working in a boarding school environment.
