Parking Services and NOVACard Manager (*Restricted)
General Description:
This position provides front-line supervision of various administrative, financial, and customer support services related to campus parking, transportation, and NOVACard operations.
This position is funded with non-continuous or non-recurring funding and is subject to continuation based on fiscal year funds and the needs of the college .This is an entry to mid-level position.
Duties and Tasks:
•Supervises office staff to ensure a high level of customer service and compliance is maintained during the collection and deposit of parking and NOVACard funds, per established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
•Provides oversight and support of campus Transportation operations.
•Manages campus parking regulations through routine monitoring and enforcement.
•Frequently interacts and coordinates with campus and central management; serving as a specialist for gathering parking information, improving processes, resolving escalated customer matters, and recommending solutions.
•Collaborates with and supports the College NOVACard Office with campus level NOVACARD and FastPrint functions.
