Area Coordinator
The Area Coordinator’s (AC) role is to create a sense of community within the Academy and College residence halls and amongst the campus community by valuing, supporting, challenging and empowering students to grow and develop personally and through their relationships with others in accordance with the Salem Academy & College mission.
Note: This position is 80% for the high school program at Salem Academy and 20% for collaboration with Salem College Student Affairs. Duties include staff supervision, administrative responsibilities, developmental and educational programming, individual student responsibilities, student conduct responsibilities, and other duties as assigned. Bachelor’s degree and previous experience working in Residence Life required. Ability to work non-traditional hours including evenings and weekends as needed.
