Job Summary
This position will be responsible for administration of retirement plans and communication with employees as they prepare for retirement. Analyzing other key HR data elements. Reporting functions, including ad hoc reporting from SAP and Spinifex. Completion of HR benchmark studies and administering various programs such the HR internship program. In addition, this position may serve as a functional lead for retirement benefits if a benefits enrollment system is adopted.
Skills / Knowledge / Abilities
Microsoft Windows Products including Word, Powerpoint, and Excel. Building access reports, SAP knowledge and reporting. Spiniflex reporting out of SAP. Training and public speaking skills. Customer Service skills and exemplary communication skills.

Preferred Education/Experience
Master's degree preferred.
