Job Description Summary
Administer and manage the operational aspects of the Politics and Policy Program (PPP).

Job Description

Administer and manage the operational aspects of the Politics and Policy Program (PPP), including updating and maintaining the PPP student travel policies, soliciting/approving student travel proposals, and managing travel reimbursements and related queries. Develop and manage the PPP canvas site as well as a comprehensive database of contacts related to the Program. Manage logistics associated with guest speakers, off-site and on-site PPP-related convenings, including evening events. Provide logistics and administrative support to program instructors. Compose, proofread, edit, format, and research communications for internal and external stakeholders. Work with report editors on communications. Assist and follow-up with immersion planning.
