Key Responsibilities Include: -Process, verify, and post receipts -Research and resolve invoice discrepancies -Maintain vendor files and ensure the accuracy of financial records -Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date -Collaborate with the procurement and supply chain teams to ensure fiscal discipline and budget adherence

Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance or related field preferred -Proven working experience as an Accounts Payable Clerk -Proficient in data entry management -Excellent organizational, time management, and analytical skills -Knowlege of accounting software and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
