Job Description Summary
Lifeguarding position at the outside pool at Graylyn Conference Center. The manager will be responsible for communications with pool advisors as well as supervising and scheduling lifeguards. Must be dependable, alert and able to interact with people of all ages in a positive manner. Highest priority is to ensure patron safety at all times. Additionally, must be prepared to act quickly and correctly at all times especially in emergency situations; know and consistently enforce pool rules and regulations, and act in a professional manner at all times.

*Evenings, weekends and holidays are required. Memorial Day, July 4, and Labor Day are requirements for all staff.

- Understand and consistently enforce pool rules and regulations, and act in a professional manner at all times.
- Valid American Red Cross certification in lifeguarding/first aid and CPR/AED for professional rescuers.
- Must be dependable, alert and able to interact with people of all ages in a positive manner.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- At least three years of lifeguarding experience preferred.
